Reduced-port valves, on the other hand, are designed with a bore one size smaller than the pipe, making them a lightweight and economical choice for non-demanding applications. Similar to nominal-port valves, they are particularly suited for domestic environments and systems where maximum flow is not essential. This category also includes RuB mini and micro valves, offering compact and efficient solutions.
