The International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women brings attention to the urgent issue of gender-based violence which affects countless lives across the world. Recognizing the importance of this day, Bonomi Industries strengthened its commitment to social responsibility by hosting an awareness event dedicated to fostering a supportive and informed workplace culture.

In partnership with the Anti-Violence Center Casa delle Donne, the event offered our team key insights into the importance of respect and the prevention of violence in all its forms. Experts in psychology, law, and operational support led discussions that emphasized both the urgency of this issue and the importance of knowing that no one is alone. Topics included understanding protective legislation, identifying warning signs of abuse, and knowing where to access support when needed.

It highlighted how the law serves as a vital tool for safety and justice and highlighted how companies, like Bonomi Industries, can actively foster respect through thoughtful policies and practices.
