This is why evaluating our sustainability practices helps us identify challenges, address them with determination, and align with the highest standards in environmental protection, ethics, and human rights.

Since 2022, we have relied on EcoVadis, a globally recognized leader in sustainability assessments, to monitor our practices. Their methodology allows us to evaluate our performance across 21 key areas, grouped into four main categories: Environment, Labor Practices and Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.

This year, we are not only proud to have received our Silver Medal but also to have improved our overall score (from 62/100 to 68/100), advancing from the 80th to the 87th percentile. Several improvements were achieved in two critical areas: Labor Practices and Human Rights, and Ethics. As a result, Bonomi Industries now ranks among the top 15% of all companies evaluated by EcoVadis and demonstrates the tangible progress we are making toward more responsible and sustainable operations.

To achieve these results, we have focused on initiatives that enhance workplace safety, promote training and career development, and foster a company culture centered on well-being and inclusion. At the same time, our commitment to ethical operations has led us to strengthen policies that ensure transparency and integrity across all areas of our business. Key actions include implementing whistleblowing procedures to provide safe channels for reporting misconduct and introducing voluntary sustainability reporting to transparently showcase our commitment to ESG principles (environmental, social, and governance).
