This year in Italy we are celebrating the first Made in Italy National Day! This initiative was established on the anniversary of Leonardo da Vinci’s birthdate, whose Vitruvian Man – symbolizing the anthropocentric approach, serves beautifully as the emblem of Made in Italy.

We honor Italy’s rich culture and history, its renowned cuisine, high-quality fashion, and stunning landscapes. Most importantly we celebrate Italian companies, that are essential to our country’s economy and export unmatched quality and know-how worldwide.
The initiative aims to raise public awareness about Italian excellence and the high quality of Italian ingenuity, encouraging citizens to protect and preserve the value of Made in Italy. More than just a production model, Made in Italy is an authentic lifestyle, admired and often emulated abroad. Key goals of the initiative include fostering innovation, combating counterfeiting, and supporting national industries through strategic measures.

The day features over 200 events spread across the nation: exhibitions, official ceremonies, and Open Days organized by many participating companies – a truly rich schedule!

At Bonomi Industries, promoting the Made in Italy concept is crucial: 95% of our brass suppliers are Italian, and 50% of them are located in the province of our headquarters. We export 99% of our ball valves and our Italian pride worldwide, permanently marked on the body of our valves.
